Services

ShieldKey Solutions LLC provides compliance consulting services including, but not limited to, SOC 2 readiness and audit support, ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 implementation, HIPAA compliance programs, privacy framework advisory (GDPR, CCPA), vulnerability assessment and penetration testing coordination, vCISO services, and GRC program management.

All services are delivered under the terms of individual written service agreements or statements of work. We do not guarantee specific audit outcomes, certification timelines, or regulatory determinations, as these depend on factors including accreditation body decisions, auditor findings, and client-side implementation efforts outside our control.

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

Client Responsibilities

Effective compliance program delivery depends on timely client cooperation, including providing accurate organizational information, granting necessary system access, completing assigned remediation tasks, and maintaining internal controls between engagements. ShieldKey is not responsible for compliance failures, audit findings, or delays attributable to client-side actions or inactions.

Confidentiality

Information shared with ShieldKey Solutions in connection with a service engagement is treated as confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to deliver contracted services using vetted subcontractors or delivery partners bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

Intellectual Property

All original content on this website — including text, graphics, methodology descriptions, and branding — is the property of ShieldKey Solutions LLC and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Deliverables created for clients under service agreements are governed by the intellectual property terms within those agreements. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of site content is prohibited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting and reflected in the "Last modified" date above. Continued use of our site or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
