Kickoff
A 30-minute alignment call within 5 business days. We define the right tier, measure fit on a first commitment, and name your contact on our side.
Launch
Your first referral, co-marketing activity, or joint deal within 30 days. Then we review what worked and improve the motion each quarter — partners get the same control loop our clients do.
Common questions
Do you work with our competitors?+
In some categories, yes — we don't grant exclusivity by default because it wouldn't be fair to our clients. What we do offer at Alliance tier and above is a no-poach agreement on your named accounts, so your book stays your book. If you want deeper exclusivity in a defined niche, that's a Strategic-tier conversation.
How and when do referral fees pay out?+
We pay quarterly on closed and collected first-year revenue. Every referral gets a unique tracking code so attribution is transparent. Fee ranges are shared during the kickoff call.
Can we stay white-label, or do you require co-branding?+
Either works. Referral partners typically stay white-label — you introduce us, we take it from there. Alliance and Strategic partners usually co-brand because the co-marketing motion benefits from both logos.
Who owns the client relationship after a referral?+
The client is a joint client for as long as they're working with us. Your CRM record stays intact; we don't market to your accounts outside the referred engagement without your consent.
Can I partner as an individual, not a firm?+
Yes. Independent operators, fractional CxOs, and solo consultants join at the Referral tier all the time. If your referral flow scales, we revisit the tier together.
What does it cost to join?+
Nothing. There's no fee to join at any tier, no minimums, and no exclusivity requirement. The only commitment is the one we agree on together at the kickoff call.
